For the women there is a pilates workshop in St. John’s School gym, Worrall Road or The Running School at The Exercise Club, both at 10.00am. Then breakfast at Aqua for 11.00am.

Great news, we have confirmed our programme of events for RACE - Redland and Clifton Energised!
There are a number of workshops starting at 1:30pm on October 2nd and finishing at 16:30 for ”The Gathering” at Redland Church on Whiteladies, with elite sprinter Ryan Scott, Wenclock the Olympic mascot. And much, much more!
